This year, my resolution has been to #GetMotivated, eat healthier, and take my health more seriously. By cutting out gluten and dairy from my diet as well as taking over 10,000 steps a day, I plan on keeping my resolution and reaching my goals. I use my Fitbit to track my steps throughout the day and while I'm on the treadmill. My Fitbit allows me to keep track of how many steps I've taken while counting calories burned. At the end of the day, I just sync my Fitbit up to my computer/online app and check out my results. The online app allows me to see my progress, what I need to work on, connect with other friends, and journal my struggles, food intake, and goals.
