Welcome! For the next ten weeks I'll be working with Journey Gym to lose weight and become a healthier me. Watch the video below to get an understanding of who I am and learn a little about the Journey Gym.
General Goals:
- Lose at least 100lbs in the next year
- Cut out sugars, processed foods, and most starches
- Quit smoking
- Lower my cholesterol
- Sleep better
- Walk at least 10 steps a day
- Tone up!
