Intro to My Journey Gym 10 Week Program

Welcome! For the next ten weeks I'll be working with Journey Gym to lose weight and become a healthier me. Watch the video below to get an understanding of who I am and learn a little about the Journey Gym.

General Goals:
  • Lose at least 100lbs in the next year
  • Cut out sugars, processed foods, and most starches
  • Quit smoking
  • Lower my cholesterol
  • Sleep better
  • Walk at least 10 steps a day
  • Tone up!
