Enter to Win a $25 Amazon Gift Card! OPEN WORLDWIDE!!!!

Life has been anything but normal lately, in fact it's been nothing short of hectic! I went back to work in the service industry, my daughter turned 2 years old (help me), I got an amazing new job (big girl panties are on now!), turned 30 years old, my grandfather (the man who raised me and who is my best friend) was diagnosed with Cancer, we almost lost one of our dogs to a deadly infection (I'll explain that later), and my fiance' and I are finally going to take the plunge and get married! Holy crap, reading all that back just made me tired!

Anyway, I really wanted to get back into blogging before my one year blogiversary, so to jump start this I thought we'd celebrate all the good that has happened lately. Maybe a giveaway for all my loyal readers that have stuck around and for any new ones that would like to join in on the fun?! Giveaway will be for a $25 Gift Card to Amazon (or somewhere else if you choose) and will be open Worldwide! If I get enough entries, I might just add another winner so share, share, share! The giveaway will close on June 14th, just in time for Father's Day!

Welcome back everyone and I sure hope you stick around!

By entering this giveaway, you agree to have your name publicized if you are a potential winner. Fall Apple Festival Giveaway

Have you heard the news? It's apple season here in the United States! If you are someone who loves apples and apple desserts, this is the time to pick fresh apples from your local orchard. To celebrate the start of the Apple Season, Budget Earth and Mew Review are having their own Fall Apple Festival and you are invited! All of your favorite blogs are pitching in to offer our readers some awesome apple themed prizes, like a Collector's Edition of Apples to Apples AND an Apple Scented Soy Candle! While we may not be able to give all of our readers free hayrides and homemade treats, we hope you do enjoy our small festival! Rent College Textbooks and Save Up to 80%!

This is a "sponsored post." The company who sponsored it compensated me via a cash payment, gift, or something else of value.

I recently went back to college to work on my Bachelor of Science degree for Nutrition. It's been about 7 years since I've had to purchase college textbooks and let me tell you, the prices have gone up dramatically! I registered for a Sociology class but had to drop it because I couldn't afford the book which was $239! That's outrageous!  I understand that I could always sell the book back to the school at the end of the semester, but, you and I both know that the colleges only offer you a fraction of what you paid. Plus, there was no way I could afford that book on top of my $200 Statistics book, graphing calculator, and two other textbooks needed for classes.  I like to save as much money as possible, especially on things I'll only be using for a short time. This is exactly why I'm using Campusbookrentals.com for the other two …
