Home Made Stuffing Cut bread into cubes. This batch was potato bread, which makes for a really nice stuffing.  I used two full sized loaves of day old bread. Roast in the oven until almost all cubes are toasted. You'll want it to be various colors and textures to make for the best stuffing. Make sure you stir it around a bit throughout the toasting time. While the bread it toasting, chop 2 onions, several celery stalks and the leaves as well. Drizzle olive oil into a skillet/pan and heat. Add celery and onions and cook until soft. Add chopped garlic (to taste) and saute for a couple of minutes- do not let the garlic brown! Add about 4 cups of stock or water, if you're using cubed or powdered stock starter/maker.  I also add abobo, vegetable sea salt, fresh ground pepper and a bit of celery salt. Let this mixture simmer and while toasting the bread. About 10 minutes before removing the toasted bread, shut the stock heat off. Remove about 2 cu

I am so very excited to share these super adorable stuffed animals from Build-A-Bear with all of you. Build-A-Bear has truly outdone themselves this Holiday  season with all the festive new Limited Edition stuffed animals. I am such a big kid and have always loved Build-A-Bear. The Abbey Road Sessions by Kylie Minogue is a beautiful rendition of some of her most popular songs from her 25 year recording career. The Abbey Road Sessions takes 15 of her most familiar pop songs and remakes them into beautiful love ballads. Kylie's new album was recorded at London's legendary Abbey Road Studios with her own band and backed by a full orchestra. Flower is the only track on this album that is new and has not been redone. I absolutely love the song Flower because of it's heartfelt lyrics. Kylie wrote the song Flower many years ago during her battle with breast cancer and described it as a love song to the child she may or may not ever have. It's a beautiful song and very touching!  I honestly fell in love with The Abbey Road Sessions as soon as it started playing. I couldn't wait to do this blog post for Sears and Smiley360! I am certainly a Christmas decor nut so this opportunity gave me the perfect chance to get out to Sears and shop for more holiday items. I actually found some inspiration for my Sears project on pinterest (of course) so when I went to Sears to shop, I already had an idea in my head of what I was looking for.  I asked my parents to come along because they love shopping as much as I do and they both love Sears. I immediately went to the holiday section with my step-mom to look for bows for my project but we both got sidetracked by this amazing smell! We seriously searched all over the holiday section until we found what the smell was coming from. It from was an end cap with paper bags of the best smelling potpourri I've ever smelled!  Next we headed on over to the section with the holiday bows and found the perfect bows for my Sears project (seen below).
