    Since my kids are grown and on their own, my current least-favorite thing about back to school is the increase in traffic. It slows so much over the summer that it's quite a shock when all the buses and driving kids are reintroduced into my morning routine.

Life has been anything but normal lately, in fact it's been nothing short of hectic! Your opinion may vary from mine.** Herbal Essence has a new collection out called the Naked Collection Volume. Obviously I was intrigued by this because naked to me means no crazy chemicals and my hair loves products like those. I used to have very thick and healthy hair but it has thinned out dramatically since I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease over 5 years ago. Nowadays, my hair is very picky about the products I use. I wouldn't say it's damaged, it actually looks and feels pretty healthy, but it goes flat and becomes greasy quick because of how thin it is. Because of the autoimmune disease I have, I like to watch what kind of chemicals my body comes in contact with. Anything is mess up the balance in a compromised immune system.
