Goose Creek Candle Company

I'm sure by now, many of you know that Fall is my favorite time of the year. From the warm days and crisp cool nights to the campfires, fall festivals, pumpkin spice lattes, apple cider slushies, apple picking, pumpkin carving, colorful leaves, and anything in between, but one of my most favorite things about fall is the great smelling candles. I wait all year long for the apple spice, pumpkin spice, and apple cider candles! Usually when fall arrives I have at least a couple candles burning throughout the house but with Goose Creek Candles, all that was needed was one measly little candle to stink up my house with the deliciousness of Apple Spice.

I have been burning this Goose Creek 22 ounce American Heirloom Apple Spice candle in my dining room for about two weeks now and it has literally been smelling up my whole house. Sometimes it seems that with certain brands of candles the scent fades after a couple days, but not with Goose Creek; it's just as strong as the first day I lit it. In fact, just a couple days ago, the mom of the two boys I babysit walked in the back door and instantly started raving about my Goose Creek Candle. First thing out of her mouth was, "it smells amazing in here, is that coming from that one candle?" I think I know of a good gift for her now!

The 22 ounce American Heirloom Candle from Goose Creek has two wicks and a burn time of about 125 hours. I have been burning mine from about 6pm-1am for the past 2 weeks and it's just now hitting the halfway mark.

Goose Creek Candles have been hand poured in Kentucky since 1998 and are known to be the most fragrant candles around. All of their candles are smokeless, clean burning, and of great quality. Goose Creek has an abundance of scents to choose from in many different sizes and styles. Would I recommend Goose Creek Candles? You bet, especially over those candles with the jewelry in them. You may find cheap jewelry in your candles but Goose Creek Candles are way more fragrant and burn a lot longer.

Right now, Goose Creek Candle Company is celebrating 100,000 fans on Facebook and for a limited time you can get one free candle with the purchase of two others. Just use the code 1209 to redeem this offer and be sure to connect with them on Facebook to stay up to date on the latest sales and promotions! FYI, all their fall scents are out right now so be sure to check them out!

Enter to win a 16 ounce American Heirloom Goose Creek Candle in the scent of your choice below before October 4th! All entries will be verified. Good Luck!

Herbal Essence Naked Volume Collection

**I received this item for the purpose of a review. I was in no way compensated for my opinion as they are my own. Your opinion may vary from mine.** Herbal Essence has a new collection out called the Naked Collection Volume. Obviously I was intrigued by this because naked to me means no crazy chemicals and my hair loves products like those. I used to have very thick and healthy hair but it has thinned out dramatically since I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease over 5 years ago. Nowadays, my hair is very picky about the products I use. I wouldn't say it's damaged, it actually looks and feels pretty healthy, but it goes flat and becomes greasy quick because of how thin it is. Because of the autoimmune disease I have, I like to watch what kind of chemicals my body comes in contact with. Anything is mess up the balance in a compromised immune system. Needless to say, I was excited to learn more about the Naked Volume Collection by Herbal Essence.  The naked Naked ...
